What is Wireless Internet?

Wireless networking – which is often just known as Wi-Fi – is a way of getting broadband internet without wires. Wi-Fi allows you to connect several computers at once, anywhere in the house – or if you have a laptop, to even use your computer in the garden. You don’t need to install extra phone lines or cables.

Because all wireless technologies excel only with true line of sight, we require that the radios are mounted above the tree line, to ensure proper connections. However, for some clients this means going much higher than their roof line. Some rural properties are surrounded by tall trees, and may require a tripod and mast, or even a guy wired pop-up mast or free standing tower. The free site survey conducted before setup will ensure there are no surprises in setup fees.

Email

Generally mail should be sent out from the email host; not the ISP. If you contact your host, they should be able to tell you what settings to use. Generally the settings for the outgoing server would be: 1. smtp.yourhost.co.za, 2. then under advanced/more settings, make sure authentication is switched on and you are using a secure port, 465 or 587. Avoid using port 25 for outgoing mail. Internet Packages

A basic install is R3600 if you sign a debit order for a year. Otherwise the once off cost is R5000

The debit order runs on the 1st of the month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday, the debit run will run on the following working day.

Yes. Log into your portal, select account then invoice and click on the ‘pay via c.c’ tab. You are also able to pay via credit card at our office

No. You have the additional options of paying via cash and credit card. Please come into our office to pay cash and credit card. You are also able to pay via credit card through your portal login
